ABOUT ADIRONDACK LEARNING ACADEMY
Our Approach to Learning
Adirondack Learning Academy focuses on student-centered learning. Each child is an individual and all children need to feel successful to succeed. We believe learning is optimal when it takes place in an environment enriched with support, encouragement, and assistance. Each student will develop the skills necessary for achievement and establish a life-long love for learning.

Belief Statement
At Adirondack Learning Academy, we believe that the following principles lie at the heart of education:
Students best mature and develop a sense of accomplishment in an intimate community where the unique gifts and talents of each individual are recognized and nurtured.
The foundation for long-term scholastic growth and success is a challenging academic program that also develops organizational skills, encourages problem-solving, and promotes effective communication.
To grow intellectually, students must feel both challenged and encouraged in a safe environment where the ideas of all are welcomed and respected.
